10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 568jl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 568jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit 568jl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
